Your First Mud Run - Rochester

Your First Mud Run is the ONLY mud run in the country designed so both parents and kids can run together. Our courses are 1.5 - 2 miles and include 10 - 16 obstacles that are designed for adults and kids. If you ever thought about doing a mud run, ours is the perfect "first timer" event! Anyone 5 years old and up can participate in the fun! We are the largest "family friendly" and "first timer" Mud Run in the country!

Try fun obstacles like the wall climb, tire carry, cargo net, tube crawl and new for 2018 was the awesome 30 foot long inflatable double wall climb and new for 2019 a 12 foot high rope climb.

We are now in our 9th year of operation having run over 50 successful events in 5 states with over 15,000 total participants making us the largest family friendly Mud Run in the USA.

This year a portion of the proceeds will go to Story of Hope, a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization, an organization that provides compassionate "end of life" care.
