The Extremo Sul Ultramarathon - The longest beach in the world is the gateway to a new world and another level in ultramarathons.

It’s one of the most isolated places in Brazil, a huge desert, inhospitable and on a huge sandy plain. 

It’s a space of contrasts and rapid transformations. A morning that can rise with a radiant and warm sun and suddenly we’re under a huge storm with strong winds and heavy rain. 

There are 226km of immense sandy beaches, in an inhospitable place with an unstable climate and enormous contrasts. 54 hours maximum, to cover the route between sand and sea, in a corridor that, at times, may seem endless and psychologically exhausting.
