RnR F-1 Duathlon

This is a low cost, no frills USAT sanctioned event!

It is my attempt to provide a safe, fair race venue without all the additional costs that drive up the registration fees.

No shirt, no chip timing. This will be a clock start and you get a finish time. Results submitted to USAT/SMW (South Mid-West Region) for ranking purposes.

This is how it was when multi-sport first started. Come have some fun!

Race Start: 7:30am

We will be setup at 6:am to get your race number and body marked.

Transition will be open to rack once your are marked.
